Our business education training class is coupled with our micro credit program to ensure the greatest avenue for success for the entrepreneurs we work with. We want to give them the best avenue to reach economic independence. Empower Zambia also desires to grow Zambian businesses by using local resources and labor. The stronger the local businesses are preforming, the more employees they are able to hire, the more local goods they are purchasing to run their businesses, and higher the quality of products become through a more competitive market. All of this also aids in reducing the unemployment rate and stimulating the economy.
